Our Founder

Rachna Sharma, Founder and CEO

Rachna has over 25 years of experience working with leading global communications firms advising clients at senior most levels in corporations across Asia Pacific. Highly regarded for her work she has led her teams to numerous global awards for client campaigns. She has spent 15 years in Indonesia with Edelman in various roles and with WPP firm Cohn & Wolfe as country Managing Director. Back in India she has worked on assignments for Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and with Publicis Groupe firm MSL India as Chief Mentoring Officer and Sustainability Communications lead.

Recognizing communications as the weak link so far in solving the climate emergency she has put her mettle behind this most challenging crisis of our lifetimes. She speaks often at global and national fora on communications and sustainability to progress her mission of making business and professionals more climate ready.
